About the Role:Our organization is seeking a highly experienced Product Development Director to lead the development of our software product. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision and strategic objectives, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features.
Key Responsibilities:- Define product vision and strategic objectives
- Gather and analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features
- Work closely with product managers, technology leads, engineering teams, and designers to drive best practices and ensure high-quality standards
- Ensure dynamic, incremental, and continuous delivery of the product that brings value to the business in an agile and sustainable manner
- At least 10 years of experience in product development, preferably within the financial services or investment management industry
- Deep understanding of the Equities domain, including areas such as Research and Analytics, Portfolio Management, and Order Management systems
- Strong background in product development, with experience in defining and driving the development of a software product
- Good understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design, as well as the ability to work effectively with designers
