**Job Overview**:
The Director, Product Owner will play a pivotal role in delivering platform features according to the product roadmap, optimizing engineering capacity, and ensuring seamless coordination with sales, client solutions, and product teams. This position requires a strategic leader who can manage multiple aspects of product development and delivery, maintaining a robust backlog and prioritizing user stories for optimal sprint performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Feature Delivery**:Lead the delivery of platform features in alignment with the product roadmap.
Oversee the complete design for the TASConnect operated platform and ensure timely commencement of delivery.
- **Ownership Establishment**:Establish clear ownership among Business Analysts (BAs) and Product Owners (POs) for features, countries, and clients.
- **Engineering Capacity Utilization**:Achieve optimized utilization of the full engineering capacity.
Ensure that 15% additional user stories are prioritized for each sprint.
- **Backlog Management**:Drive the team to maintain at least two sprints' worth of surplus user stories signed off in the product backlog.
Conduct diligent Product Backlog Grooming sessions to ensure a well-maintained and prioritized backlog.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Work closely with Sales, Client Solutions, and Product teams to provide timely and accurate solutions, estimates, and responses for RFIs/RFPs.
Represent technology in reviewing swim lanes and prototypes to ensure consistency in user experience and technical efficiency.
- **Technical Prioritization and Internal Calls**:Lead technical prioritization calls and other internal meetings for new or enhanced platform features.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Proven experience in product management or ownership, preferably at a director level.
Strong track record of delivering complex platform features.
Demonstrated ability to optimize engineering capacity and manage product backlogs effectively.
