What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and explore CEX-related DeFi projects, planning innovative integrations between Onchain Earn, Loan/Borrow, and other DeFi products with CeFi.
• Lead marketing efforts for CEX DeFi-related products, collaborating with business development teams, local market managers, and other teams for effective execution.
• Gather user insights and identify the latest trends and hotspots in the crypto/Web3 industry to positively influence the product roadmap.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to business units, leveraging data-driven insights to support growth and product optimization.
• Work efficiently with the Listing BD team and other Web3 business teams to develop effective growth strategies.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to develop actionable product implementation plans that drive CEX AUM growth.

What We Look For In You

• 5-8 years of product strategy/product management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High-level understanding of the Web3 industry; deep on-chain experience is required.
• Prior experience in exchanges, VCs, project teams, or hands-on operational roles is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
