Job Title: Director of Product Development

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our product development efforts, responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects. The successful candidate will be able to drive cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a strategic vision and roadmap for the product aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback to identify market opportunities and define the product's value proposition.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the product requirements, features, and functionality.
  • Leading the product development process, including prioritizing features, setting timelines, and managing the product development lifecycle.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand requirements, and communicate the product strategy and updates.
  • Coordinating with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of the product.
  • Monitoring product performance and customer feedback post-launch.
  • Analysing product metrics, user behaviour, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Iterating on the product based on user feedback and performance data, continually improving its features and functionality.
