We are seeking a highly skilled onsite technical expert to undertake the installation, repair and troubleshooting of our products.

As an onsite technician, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and functionality by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of products and maintain detailed records of your activities.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite technical support and assistance to customers in resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
  • Repair or replace faulty components at the customer's site.
  • Maintain detailed service records, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects and assignments.

Requirements:
  • O-Level or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a refrigerator, ceiling fan, television, monitor onsite technician, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with electrical/android systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
