We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team in providing expert onsite support for hardware and software issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite support for hardware and software problems
  • Offer remote or onsite assistance for email, printer, IP phone, smart devices, networks, and other related services
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers and service desk leads to identify incident trends
  • Respond to requests and incidents within the SLA timeframe
  • Perform workstation setup and relocation
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms for teleconferences when IT support is needed
  • Evaluate and escalate technical issues to the next level of support as required

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of service desk/IT onsite support experience
  • Familiarity with modern IT workplace environment, including laptops/desktops, printers, networking equipment, smart devices, and Office applications
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for effective collaboration

Desired Skills:

  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience with SaaS ITSM Suites (ServiceNow, Remedy, and Remedyforce)
