Our team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our ranks. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role

In this highly technical position, you will work closely with our sales, marketing, and engineering teams to provide expert solutions to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Your primary focus will be on defining the optimum solution to meet the needs of our metrology applications.

You will become a key customer-facing technical resource through your expertise with our optical metrology instrumentation. This includes supporting the sales team with customer sample measurements, instrument demonstrations, and measurement reports. You will also perform onsite training of customers through individual visits, as well as supporting tradeshows, technical meetings, and conferences.

To ensure we continue to deliver world-class products, you will stay abreast of new industry developments, trends, and applications. Additionally, you will assess the performance of our products from a user's perspective and provide valuable feedback to support product development.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in technical roles. Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical roles
  • Experience in customer-facing product support roles
  • Strong ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Programming experience in Python required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
