Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Centre for Advanced Rehabilitation Therapeutics (CART). The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, planning, and treating various disabilities for optimal care.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Maintain competency in your area of expertise.
  • Demonstrate professional accountability in assessing, evaluating, planning, and treating various disabilities for optimal care.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans and treatment goals for clients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review client progress.
  • Interest in using robotic-assisted technology to enhance rehabilitation treatments.
  • Supervise or train Therapy Assistants (TAs) and caregivers.
  • Provide clinical supervision for undergraduate OT students attached to our setting.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
  • Full registration with AHPC.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience relevant to the role is an advantage.
