Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business growth and expansion through lead generation, sales, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities. Use insights to develop and refine business strategies.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals, bids, and presentations to potential clients. Ensure all documents align with company standards.
- Oversee the progress of potential projects from initiation to closure. Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment between sales and delivery teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
