Master Talent Organizer

The primary objective of this role is to act as the main point of contact between models, clients, and internal teams. This involves ensuring seamless coordination of bookings, castings, schedules, and communications.
As a Model Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day liaison for assigned models, scheduling castings, fittings, shoots, runway shows, and other events, and maintaining model portfolios, comp cards, and digital assets.
You will also assist with onboarding new talent, communicate client requirements, shoot details, and logistics to models in a clear and timely manner, and work closely with agents and bookers to ensure excellent client service.
Additionally, you will handle travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations for international jobs when required, track attendance, performance, and feedback from clients to help with model development and growth, and support with social media and marketing activities to promote talent visibility.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, people management, and a strong understanding of the modeling and talent industry.
