**General Responsibilities**
**Talent Management**
Talent Review and Succession Planning
- Track progress of Talent Review and Succession Planning in markets with periodic status updates to HRMs on Talent Bench Strength.
- Audit and cleanse the talent-related data from markets' submission.
- Process data for Talent Bench Strength and MCR Coverage by each Market, and each BU and Function.
- Revamp People Dashboard for TBS and MCR - for detailed breakdown view.
- Support in the organization of BU/FN global talent reviews with CEO and CHRO.
- HR Capability Building
- Work on refining slides for training, mentimeter, etc.
- Work on physical training materials if required.
- Update final training materials as e-learnings in Fantree Academy.
- Update Talent Management sections or rethink how better to organize Talent Management.
**Talent Development**
Talent Development Programs
- Support the development of a training and development framework and approach (e.g. compile information, amend framework, etc.) for identified talent.
- Scheduling for sessions and presentations.
- Draft communications.
- Support execution of the programs, including preparation of training materials or manuals, notes, co-ordination with training vendor etc to facilitate the delivery of modules.
- Manage training records and notes on employees' performance during training.
**Special Projects**
Mergers & Acquisitions
- Compile and consolidate monthly update of HR workstream for all M&A integrations globally.
- Organization Design
- Assist in organizational structure or team analysis for organization design projects.
**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Undergraduate or current student studying for a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant Discipline.
- Preferably able to commit to the internship full time i.e. 5 working days a week on a Hybrid work model.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (strong written and spoken English is a must)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Able to handle sensitive matters/situations with strict confidentiality.
- Sound in research and analytical skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative in a dynamic work environment, and able to manage challenging timelines.
