**Job Summary**
As a Talent Acquisition Intern for Group Talent Acquisition (GTA), you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to join DKSH Group. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals at a Global office, and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
You will assist GTA Team in the day to day administrative and operational recruitment activities, including analytics, lending support on research and preparing PowerPoint decks to be presented to senior leadership.

**General Responsibilities**
- Support GTA in projects related to employer branding, TA process improvement and system upgrading
- Assist in job postings, and support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions
- Scheduling interviews and coordination of Panel assessments
- Involved in Recruitment data analytics and collation
- Assist in development of innovation approaches to talent acquisition, staying ahead of industry trends
- Support in employee engagement activities (planning to execution)
- Any other admin support to the GTA

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Undergraduate or current student studying for a Degree/Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant Discipline
- Preferably able to commit to the internship full time i.e. 5 working days a week on a Hybrid work model
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (strong written and spoken English is a must)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Able to handle sensitive matters/situations with strict confidentiality
- Sound in research and analytical skills
- Proactive and able to take initiative in a dynamic work environment, and able to manage challenging timelines
- Familiarity with social media platforms and other recruiting tools is a plus

**Education**
Undergraduate or current student studying for a Degree/Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant Discipline
