Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our high-pressure construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a strong focus on quality and safety.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing high-pressure construction projects from inception to completion;
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to overcome complex challenges;
  • Presenting detailed reports to senior management, providing effective solutions for critical issues promptly;
  • Exhibiting flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 years of hands-on experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
  • Deep knowledge of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and Chiller Pipe Works;
  • Expert knowledge of cutting-edge construction equipment, safety protocols, and industry best practices;
  • Proven ability to thrive under extreme pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations;
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills for effective team management;
  • Knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, and chiller pipe works, coupled with exceptional problem-solving capabilities;
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding on-site duties;
