Construction Project Leader

The successful candidate will lead high-pressure construction projects ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. This includes adapting to sun exposure or hazardous environments, such as rooftop works. They will also be involved in hands-on work, getting their hands dirty, not a concern.
Workday or night shifts, as required, and work weekends or public holidays if needed. Collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and vendors is essential to overcome challenges. Present detailed reports providing solutions for critical issues.
Exhibit flexibility working extended hours, frequently traveling between sites. Other ad-hoc duties assigned as necessary.
Requirements:
- Five years of hands-on experience in construction with leadership roles.
- A strong knowledge of cutting-edge construction equipment safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Diploma certification in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering is required.
- The ability to thrive under extreme pressure, maintaining composure in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills are essential for team management.
- Knowledge of Construction Electrical Plumbing & ACMV works, along with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Physical stamina for demanding on-site duties.
- Travel to sites using public transport, if company transport is not provided.
- A willingness to travel extensively and work in varied environmental conditions.
