Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned construction project leader to oversee our projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, managing site staff, and monitoring project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising all works to ensure compliance with contract requirements;
  • Managing a team of site staff and leading architectural work supervision;
  • Reviewing drawings and specifications and monitoring project progress;

Requirements:

  • A minimum 8 years of experience in major construction works in buildings, architectural and fitting out works;
  • A degree recognized by the relevant authorities;
  • Citizenship or permanent residency in Singapore;
  • Familiarity with statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, and construction administration;
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to monitor contractors' safety performance;
  • Familiarity with the Workplace Safety & Health Manual.
