Job Title: Senior Construction Project Leader

The ideal candidate will lead the project from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure effective project implementation through strong project management skills.
    • Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
    • Implement project best practices to achieve smooth project execution and completion.
    • Monitor and analyze project costs to increase project profit margin.
    • Prepare and manage monthly progress claims and expenditure budgets.
    • Lead testing and commissioning of project teams and conduct training to customers after project completion.
    • Provide technical support to customers and site project teams in equipment selection for projects.
    • Participate in technical discussions, progress meetings with clients, M&E consultants, and main or sub-contractors.
    • Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator/Safety Officer in planning, assessing, and implementing the Project Safety System.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A related academic background in Engineering (Electrical) or Building Services.
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience at a local construction site.
  • Strong project management experience in related Electrical Installation projects, especially turnkey and A&A works, with strong technical knowledge and site experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of people and possess strong leadership qualities and high initiative character.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project software, including AutoCad/Revit.
  • Motivation, responsibility, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure and stress.
  • Willingness to work onsite mostly and sometimes during after office hours due to project schedules.
