Senior Construction Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Leader to lead and manage complex construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale developments in the commercial, residential, institutional, and design-and-build sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all phases of project delivery – design, procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies, timelines, and quality control measures.
  • Build and manage multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Drive value engineering and cost efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and risk management to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 20 years of local construction experience in Singapore.
    At least 8 years as a Project Director, preferably with tender experience.
    Proven track record in full cycle delivery, each over $150 million.
  • Ideally with commercial, institutional and hi-tech project experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, contract management, and authority requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

This is a senior leadership role requiring high-level technical, contractual, and managerial competencies.
