Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Leader to manage post-contract administration, including quantity taking off, quotation calls, and preparation of Quantum Evaluation Forms (QEF).

  • Collaborate with the project team to coordinate subcontract progress payments and verify variation work.
  • Submit main contract progress payments and Variation Orders (VO) submissions in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounts for both main contract works and subcontract works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a diploma or degree in Civil & Building Construction/Quantity Surveying.
  • Hold at least 2-3 years of related working experience in construction management.
  • Prefers candidates with building or infrastructure experience.
  • Civil Engineering/Construction knowledge is highly valued.
  • Professional knowledge in quantity surveying administration, measurement, and progress control is essential.
