Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project leader to manage and deliver marine construction projects from planning through to completion.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently within a small, dynamic team and is passionate about delivering high-quality results under challenging conditions.

  • Develop and implement project strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Monitor and control project costs, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders, coworkers, and site teams
  • Identify and resolve site or design issues effectively
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in marine construction
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, costing, and resource planning
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams and resources
  • Experience with piling works (bore piling, sheet piling, RCD) is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
