Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing direct advertisers in overseas markets, particularly in e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment. You will work closely with our product, operations, ad ops, and finance teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and enhance client experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • More than 5 years of international digital advertising sales experience
  • Proven success with direct clients, ideally in e-commerce and gaming
  • Solid knowledge of DSP platforms
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with excellent client management skills
  • Comfortable to travel as the client portfolio would cover APAC region
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives
