Withinthe Booking Advertisements Solutions team, part of US Product, we are building and taking to the APAC market for the first time a selection of onsite advertising products to enable our partners to reach incremental audiences in new ways, to deliver greater value towards customers. Due to the success of the program in other regions we’re now scaling this product also to the APAC region

As Sr. Commercial Specialist Advertising you will report into the Commercial Manager in Amsterdam and you will play a key role in coordinating, monitoring and reporting our sales efforts together with our Local Partner Services team and our 3rd party Ad Sales / Tech team. You’ll also be one of the sparring partners of the product management team on the project, together you will own the delivery of our advertising objectives within the region. Collaborating with our sister brand Agoda who is part of our Booking Network for Sponsored Ads is also going to be a key part in expanding the product and increase adoption.

**Responsible**
- Help shape the advertising commercial strategy, including target advertiser prioritization and pricing.
- Drive collaboration and communication through regular check ins between APAC Chains, Local Partner Services, Commercial Excellence & our 3rd party ad tech/sales providers.
- Drive delivery of high quality reporting on key advertising KPIs and metrics to monitor performance of our Advertising programs and partners.
- Identify opportunities and implement key action plans to grow and optimize Advertising performance and GTM activities through industry/market insights and commercial best practices.
- Set targets together and drive accountability with & for our APAC Chains, Local Partner Services Commercial Excellence organizations and our 3rd party sales ad tech/sales partners.
- Develop and quantify the value proposition for advertising partners together with the Product team, provide product feedback and drive execution.

**Skilled**
- 3+ years of experience in project management; digital advertising; ecommerce or a related field
- Must have in depth knowledge of the Digital Advertising industry in relation to the Travel industry.
- Sales experience required, with a preference for successful experience in software or digital advertising sales with a solutions-oriented approach
- Fluent English
- Results driven - excels in getting things done;
- Ability to effectively network within a fast growing and changing organization;
- Ability to manage relationships with different levels of stakeholders;
- Ability to adjust communication style depending on the stakeholder;
- Ability to influence others outside of official hierarchy to get things done;
