Senior SEO / Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Strategist to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving positive ROI and experience in managing ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

About the Role

The Senior SEO / Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Scaling ad spend effectively while maintaining strong ROI
  • Developing, testing, and refining campaign strategies using performance analytics and market trends
  • Identifying and targeting high-value audiences for maximum impact
  • Presenting and executing growth strategies to boost customer acquisition and brand visibility
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads campaign management
  • A proven track record of delivering positive ROI
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, A/B testing experience, and proficiency in conversion tracking
  • Up-to-date knowledge of bidding strategies, ad formats, and best practices
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing full campaign lifecycles
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing is also beneficial. Experience in the interior or building services industry is not required but may be an advantage.
