Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to join our team at GEODIS. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key pharmaceutical clients across all geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute vertical strategies.
  • Lead a virtual team to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A sales-driven mindset with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working in multicultural teams and leading international projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 10 years of experience in account management.
  • Fluent English language skills and proficiency in a second language (optional).
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location:

This role is based in Singapore, with frequent travel required to meet with clients and stakeholders.
