Server and Rack Test Engineer

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct server and rack product tests in production environments to ensure quality and reliability.
    • Implement PXE server configuration to streamline test processes.
    • Maintain run-in test processes, burn-in test processes, and power test processes for servers and racks.
    • Analyze product failures and collaborate with engineers to address and improve.
    • Update test-program masterlists and tracking records.
    • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and mass production runs.
    • Pursue continuous improvement activities through Kaizen initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nitec or Diploma in Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in server/rack manufacturing environments is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and supervisors
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Good team player
  • Able to multitask & work under pressure
