System Tester Position

Our company is looking for a skilled System Tester to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the engineering team in carrying out all test-related activities for server and rack products.
  • Support and implement PXE Server configuration for products.
  • Perform and maintain the server and rack run-in test process.
  • Perform and maintain the burn-in and power test process.
  • Analyze failures in production products and work with engineers to improve them.
  • Participate in Kaizen activities.
  • Update the test program masterlist and tracking.
  • Prepare and update working instructions.
  • Support the new product introduction (NPI) process.
  • Support mass runs in production.
  • Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in engineering with 1-3 years of experience in server and rack manufacturing environments.
  • Good team player with ability to work with peers, superiors, and customers.
  • Proficient in SAP knowledge.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
