Technical Support Specialist Role

This is a critical position within an engineering team where you will collaborate with engineers to ensure the smooth operation of server and rack products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers in conducting thorough tests on server and rack products.
  • Configure and maintain PXE servers, burn-in & power testing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, provide support during new product introduction and mass production phases.
  • Manage test program master lists, update work instructions to reflect changes.
  • Deliver basic training to production staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in testing roles within manufacturing industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of test processes, troubleshooting techniques, and debugging methodologies.
  • A strong programming background is essential (Linux, Quartus II, TinkerCAD, Python, C++).
