Job Title: Server Tester

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out server testing activities for production. The role involves working closely with engineers to ensure that products meet high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include assisting in test-related activities, implementing PXE Server configuration, and maintaining server run-in test processes.

Additionally, the candidate will analyze failures in production products, work with engineers to improve designs, and participate in Kaizen activities.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in engineering with 1-3 years of experience in a server manufacturing environment.

They should possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively with peers and supervisors, and have good physical fitness.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering with 1-3 years of working experience in a server manufacturing environment
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively with peers, supervisors, customers, and HQ/factory teams
  • Physically fit – the role involves heavy lifting and long hours of standing

Preferred qualifications include SAP knowledge and programming skills in languages such as Linux, Python, and C++.

Responsibilities may include preparing and updating working instructions, supporting NPI processes, and participating in ISO activities.

Work hours are shift-based, assigned by management, and work location is East Singapore.
