Debug Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Debug Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for assisting engineers in conducting test-related activities for server and rack products in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers in conducting test-related activities for server and rack products in production environments.
  • Support and implement PXE (Preboot Execution Environment) server configuration.
  • Maintain run-in test processes for servers and racks, as well as burn‑in and power test processes.
  • Analyze product failures and collaborate with engineers to address and improve.
  • Update test-program masterlists and tracking records.
  • Support during New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and mass production runs.
  • Engage in Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities.

Requirements:

  • Nitec or Diploma in Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in server/rack manufacturing environments is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and supervisors.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Good team player
  • Able to multi-task & work under pressure
