Job Title: Library Support Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to promote good reading habits among students in Singapore. This role requires an efficient processor of resources who can circulate materials effectively to students and other library patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely processing and circulation of resources to students and other library patrons
  • Shelve library materials accurately and maintain up-to-date shelf signages
  • Catalogue and process new materials promptly
  • Create engaging promotional displays to support the school curriculum
  • Develop and conduct library programs and activities
  • Generate regular reports on loans and collection statistics
  • Provide assistance to library patrons with queries
Requirements:
  • 4 GCE 'O' level passes, including English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and operate the Library System
  • Independence and self-motivation
