Job Overview:
As a skilled professional in the field of Contact Center Software, you will be responsible for working closely with our Project Implementation Team to support and collaborate on the Contact Centre System. This involves engagement with clients, managing post-implementation support when required, and utilizing creative and innovative solutions to solve client problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Project Implementation Team to provide effective support to the Contact Centre System.
- Engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide expert-level technical support to resolve system-related issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement customized application development codes to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
For this role, we are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in software development and a strong background in Contact Center technologies. The ideal candidate should have
- Proficiency in Cisco CVP IVR development using Callstudio and maintaining IVR applications in Production systems.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages used for customization.
- Good understanding of Java programming language to develop applications in IVR and Finesse.
- Proficiency in RESTful API and basic understanding of Finesse Gadget customization.
- Experience with MS SQL and Maria Databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
