Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

At SPADE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Station Management: Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality and presentation.
  • Menu Execution: Execute menu items with consistency and quality during service, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Ingredient Handling: Select, measure, and handle ingredients according to recipes and standards, minimizing waste and ensuring that all ingredients are used efficiently.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor ingredient levels and manage inventory for your section, ensuring that we always have the necessary ingredients to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet taste, texture, and presentation standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment in your section, ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for staff and customers.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other sections to ensure timely and efficient service, ensuring that all dishes are delivered to the correct tables and that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Customer Service: Address special requests as per customer requirements, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Problem Solving: Handle issues that arise during service and resolve them effectively, minimizing disruption to the kitchen and ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Compliance: Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring that all staff are aware of and comply with these regulations.
