Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hotel Service Crew to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

As a Hotel Service Crew, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests with a smile and ensure their needs are met promptly.
  • Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and other requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and buffet stations.
  • Recommend menu items and provide excellent service to guests throughout their dining experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
