Customer Relations Officer Role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely engagement of customers and recording all communications in our central database system.

This role is crucial in processing and delivering our services and products effectively. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in technology systems and practices

Desirable Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in customer service or related fields
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
