We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Executive to join our team at 1855 F&B PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Fostering positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management systems, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing coaching and support to improve employee performance.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and coordinating delivery of training sessions on topics such as compliance, leadership, and professional development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering compensation and benefits programs, conducting benchmarking research, and staying updated on market trends to ensure competitiveness.
  • HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR-related reports, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to employment and HR practices.
Requirements

  • Strong HR expertise: A deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business outcomes.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills: Ability to coach and mentor employees to improve their performance and career development.
