Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative technology strategist to spearhead our company's technological trajectory. This individual will drive the product management function across our organization, collaborating closely with product managers and development teams to define and execute product strategies.

The ideal candidate will oversee the lifecycle of hardware products, ensuring alignment of product development with market needs, customer requirements, and business growth objectives. They will guide go-to-market strategies and oversee product roadmap prioritization and performance metrics.

This role involves developing and implementing technology strategies in collaboration with our Corporate Technology Group, identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging and disruptive technologies that align with our strategic direction. The successful candidate will build and maintain a robust technology pipeline to ensure long-term competitiveness and innovation.

Additionally, this leader will lead the development and implementation of engineering frameworks and best practices across our organization, managing and growing internal capabilities in support of AI technology integration and engineering excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in product development and management of hardware products.
  • Proven experience in communications technologies (radio, satellite, cellular) is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of product management frameworks and lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects across engineering, R&D, and product units.
  • Experience with AI technologies and their application in product and system development is beneficial.
