Job Title: Chief Technology Strategist

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise IT systems and proven experience in delivering complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver the IT, IS, and cybersecurity strategy for the India Cluster.
  • Align IT initiatives with business goals and ensure efficient IT services.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and drive innovation in technology solutions.
  • Execute the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead IT operations during M&A activities and manage IT service delivery within approved budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
  • Develop and maintain IT solutions and lead IT programs and projects to successful completion.
  • Manage IT teams and external vendors and drive career development and performance management within the IT department.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, including 5 years as an IT business partner or delivery leader, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related fields.

Experience in driving digital transformation and M&A integration, familiarity with ITIL-based frameworks, and working across diverse geographies and business cultures will be advantageous.
