Chief Solution Strategist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Solution Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company's technical direction by identifying, developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining effective software solutions leveraging cost-effective technology.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and refinement of the company's architecture vision through the definition of roadmaps, transition architectures, and solution documents.
  • Spearhead the creation and maintenance of the company's enterprise-wide IT architecture model and champion its use for IT solution architecture and design activities.
  • Promote the IT architecture function across the business and facilitate the delivery of solutions and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the governance of overall IT architecture and establish the architecture blueprints.
  • Evaluate and refine designs by solution architects, identifying implementation risks and potential impact on the enterprise architecture.
  • Analyze and develop common architectural designs across multiple services.
  • Develop and maintain technology baselines, target-states, and road maps.
  • Define and/or review architectural design documentations.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent with at least 10 years of related work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with enterprise solution/architecture covering broad technologies within multinational corporations. TOGAF certification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing IT architecture and its successful adoption in the business.
  • Experience in developing holistic technical digital strategies across business units. Strong drive for results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing skills, and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to present technical and business-related subjects to all audiences.
  • Capable of solving complex technical problems independently.
