Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team in a semiconductor environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Product Failure Analysis, Physical Characterization, and Quality Control.

The role involves operating laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate measurements, maintaining a cleanroom environment, and supporting calibration and measurement cycles. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates or those with prior laboratory experience to grow in a high-tech setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate laboratory equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Product Failure Analysis, Physical Characterization, and Quality Control.
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory tool quality through Statistical Process Control (SPC) checks and Instrumentation Maintenance and Testing Engineering (IMTE) calibration.
  • Perform calibrations and complete measurement cycles efficiently.
  • Follow strict laboratory procedures and cleanroom protocols.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean laboratory environment.
  • Participate in special projects or tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Physics, Material Science, or a related Engineering field.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in a laboratory or semiconductor environment; entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with SEM/EDX or SRP is a plus.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts and support overtime as required.

Working Hours:

  • 12-hour rotational shifts: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm / 8:00 pm – 8:00 am
  • 15 working days per month
