Senior Laboratory Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support our Product Failure Analysis, Physical Characterization and Quality Control initiatives in a semiconductor environment.
- Operate laboratory equipment following standard operating procedures for Product Failure Analysis, Physical Characterization and Quality Control.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory tool quality through statistical process control checks and instrument calibration management.
- Perform calibrations and complete measurement cycles efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a safe, organized and clean laboratory environment, adhering to strict laboratory procedures and cleanroom protocols.
- Participate in special projects or tasks assigned by supervisors, contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
- Degree in Physics, Material Science or a related Engineering field is required.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in a laboratory or semiconductor environment; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with SEM/EDX or SRP is an asset.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and support overtime as needed.
