Job Overview

This Is An IT Support Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Executive to drive the success of our Enterprise Connectivity service line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and product feature prioritization, while working closely with customers and sales specialists to develop go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed financial targets for the product portfolio, including revenue, profit margins, and growth metrics.
  • Collaborate with network sales specialists to drive performance metrics for the Enterprise Connectivity service line.
  • Partner with other division stakeholders, including the Engineering team and Information Services, to ensure smooth operations for connectivity.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of competitive information and technology trends, develop insights, and assess potential impacts to create comprehensive business strategies for product positioning, packaging, and pricing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the Telco, ICT arena - IT Network industry and involvement in Pre-sales or Post-sales of medium to large/complex Infrastructure.
  • Familiar and conversant in Telco services – Domestic and Global – IPLC, IEPL, Global VPN, Global Internet Access, IP Transit, MPLS, SD-WAN.
  • Network and SI solutioning preferred.
  • Ability to perform independently and interface with customers, partners, and account teams.
  • Good knowledge of consulting frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation/communication skills (written and verbal).
