Regional Director of Government and Humanitarian

Chapman Freeborn Airchartering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Government and Humanitarian to lead our team in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate Government and Humanitarian service strategies and implement related business objectives across the Group.
  • Work with Country Managers and Regional President to develop country and/or region-specific plans and support the maintenance of relationships with existing and new clients, as well as suppliers.
  • Monitor monthly progress against strategies and/or budgets and report to the Group Director Government and Humanitarian any issues or concerns.
  • Report back to the Group Director Government and Humanitarian on country and/or regional activities and adherence to Government and Humanitarian strategies.
  • Improve group communication through regular dialog with internal stakeholders and promote closer and coordinated working relationships amongst Government and Humanitarian cross function personnel throughout the Region.
Qualifications:
  • Several years of experience in the industry and the Government and Humanitarian field.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Expertise in idea generation and implementation.
