Job Opportunity: Field Support Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Support Specialist to fill this key role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment, processes, and software.
  • Install and set up equipment from layout planning to commissioning.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, parts overhaul, equipment modifications, and repair work.
  • Offer technical advice and support to improve quality, productivity, and cost objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of ITE or Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Background in engineering or semiconductor industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, PC relevant knowledge, self-motivated, responsible, and team player.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in service roles or customer-facing positions and own transport would be an advantage.
