Job Role:

As a Field Quality and Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for triaging and tagging incoming field tickets by severity and type.

  • Triage and tag incoming field tickets by severity and type.
  • Analyze logs to prepare preliminary root cause assessments.
  • Collaborate with QA and R&D teams to drive bug resolution across sprints.
  • Maintain and publish a dashboard to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Track all fixes through to completion - including deployment and field validation.
  • Communicate clear RCAs and resolution updates to internal teams and high-value customers.
  • Act as the bridge between engineers, support teams, and business stakeholders - making technical issues understandable and actionable.

Candidates joining this role will gain deep exposure to robotics, embedded systems, and cloud-integrated platforms while working closely with engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experienced in field support, QA, or technical troubleshooting involving hardware + software systems.
  • Able to interpret logs, crash dumps, and server traces.
  • Familiar with Jira or similar bug tracking tools.
  • Comfortable working across technical and customer-facing teams.
  • Detail-oriented, persistent, and structured in your approach.
