  • We are seeking skilled individuals who can promote our programs and provide excellent customer service.
  • You will conduct sales calls daily to achieve monthly targets.
  • You will answer incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • You will assist in sales activities and events to generate leads.
  • You will maintain a high closure or conversion rate target for trials to enrolments.
  • You will execute and manage teacher growth plans.
  • You will perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in the customer service field.
  • Strong proficiency in English (bilingual/trilingual an advantage).
  • Flexible and able to adapt to any work situation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality.
