Key Job Responsibilities
This exciting role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the driving force behind ensuring effective communication, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Critical Thinking: Analyze customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of performance.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate your ability to thrive in a fast-paced company environment by adapting to changing circumstances.
- Communication: Ensure consistent and aligned communications with our core values across all channels.
- Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork and enhance customer service by supporting the Centre Team and Director in achieving sustained growth.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the customer service field
- Availability to work retail hours and on both weekends
- Strong sense of adaptability and leadership skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (being bilingual or trilingual is an advantage)
