Job Title: Maintenance Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced automation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and implementation of automation solutions, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HMI graphics and updates.
  • Aid in the implementation of P&ID logic using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks at customer sites or premises, ensuring optimal equipment performance and safety standards.
  • Provide support to the team in maintenance projects, including cybersecurity vulnerability threat patching for project hardware and software.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Nitec qualification in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Industrial experience in process automation and M&E control systems.
  • Proficient in PLC programming, FactoryTalk View SE, Studio 5000, and C programming.
  • Experience as an IT Administrator, including Windows OS hardening/patching, firewall management, and network switch configuration.
  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley Control Logic PLC and Yokogawa Stardom PLC.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
