Streamlining IT Operations

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in streamlining IT operations, accelerating deployment lifecycles, and enabling platform scalability across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.

Key responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams to deploy and implement modern IT automation solutions, collaborating with network engineering and operations teams to define automation requirements, developing and deploying playbooks using tools such as Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and Terraform, integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, documenting workflows, automation processes, and reusable modules, troubleshooting and supporting existing automation frameworks and scripts, performing maintenance and support tasks, including incident response and patching, and writing scripts and code in Python, Bash/Shell, and YAML as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automation, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible AAP, Terraform, and playbook development
  • Experience with containerisation and Kubernetes (on-prem or managed), preferably RedHat OpenShift
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and YAML
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix administration and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.), and automation best practices
  • Familiarity with YAML, Jinja2 templates, REST APIs, JSON/XML
