Job Title: Automation Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled automation specialist to join our team of experts in robotics and automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of robotics and automation systems, with the ability to troubleshoot onsite without supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing robotic system solutions using automation systems. This includes key responsibilities:
  1. Designing, testing, and debugging PLC programs for Keyence, Mitsubishi, and other similar systems.
  2. Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts to ensure proper integration between PLCs, sensors, actuators, and motor drives.
  3. Programming and integrating robotic arms with automation systems.
  4. Developing and deploying machine vision applications using Keyence and Cognex.
  5. Designing and implementing LabVIEW-based control and test automation systems.
  6. Interfacing LabVIEW with PLCs, sensors, and other industrial hardware.
  7. Overseeing the development of robotics and automation systems.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum diploma or degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in robotic automation fields.
