Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive, Communications to join our team. As a key member of our communications and partnerships team, you will drive strategic communications and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to further our mission.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing communications strategies to enhance our brand and narrative with external and internal stakeholders. You will craft compelling content, including media materials, speeches, and multimedia materials for owned and earned media.
You will also assist in identifying, developing, and maintaining key touchpoints to cultivate and deepen relationships with key partners, including overseeing and coordinating corporate volunteer management programmes and school visits.
In addition, you will plan, organise, and execute key events and materials to ensure seamless brand representation and messaging. You will curate and manage a library of brand assets, including presentations, photos, and videos.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, partner engagement, and/or events.
- Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
- Strong technical skills and experience with online and social media platforms, as well as content creation tools (e.g., design, photo, and video editing).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with various management levels.
- Flexibility and openness to changing priorities and challenges.
- Genuine desire to serve the special needs community.
