Job Title: Fitness Sales Consultant

Our client is a leading provider of personalized fitness programs, dedicated to transforming lives through holistic approaches. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving training package sales, expanding our client base, and elevating our members' fitness journeys. You will contribute to the overall success of the company by identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and promoting personal training programs, conducting consultations and tours of the facility, and following up with leads through personalized communication.

You will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, tracking lead statuses in our CRM system, and achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, collaborate with our marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions that drive new memberships, and participate in community events and networking opportunities to generate new leads and increase brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. They will possess strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, as well as proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. The candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs, and passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
